Community Manager
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic
Community Manager
to lead and oversee the daily operations of our community. This role requires a proactive and organized professional who can manage all aspects of property operations, including:
Supervising day-to-day activities and office functions
Managing tenants, lease agreements, and ensuring compliance with policies
Overseeing financial operations, budgeting, rent collection, and reporting
Coordinating rehabilitation projects and scheduling
Driving marketing initiatives to maintain and increase occupancy levels
Screening prospective tenants and fostering a positive living experience for residents
Leading and managing staff to ensure efficient property management
Enforcing community policies and maintaining high standards of service
Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) is required
to effectively communicate with residents and staff.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a proven ability to deliver exceptional results in property management.
