About the Role:

As a Warehouse Operator 2 at Clemens Food Group, you play a key role in fulfilling customer orders by accurately picking and preparing items from both refrigerated and freezer zones. Using an electric rider pallet jack (lowboy), you'll retrieve items, build stable pallets, and stage them for outbound shipment. This role requires a strong sense of independence and teamwork, as well as a high attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate electric pallet jack (lowboy) to pick orders by layer

Navigate refrigerated and freezer warehouse zones to fulfill orders

Accurately build and wrap pallets (wood or CHEP) for staging

Use touch screen scanner for picking and inventory tracking

Participate in daily stretching/team huddles at 5:00 AM and 1:00 PM

Assist in receiving and put-away of new inventory

Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned work areas

Follow all safety procedures and guidelines

Qualifications:

Ability to lift 80–100 lbs

Basic math skills and attention to detail

Reliable and punctual work ethic

Ability to work independently and within a team

Preferred: prior warehouse experience
