What will you do? This position is accountable for transportation segment solutions, developing strategies and schedules to meet goals and objectives. You will provide ongoing support to high‑value clients, implement business strategies to achieve profitable business relationships, and identify new revenue opportunities with major accounts, especially in digital transformation and software business.

Develop sales forecast, budget and manpower plans.

Define markets, market potential and appropriate sales strategies for the area.

Partner with customers to plan strategies and provide technical and commercial support necessary for achievement of their goals and objectives.

Anticipate obstacles and identify alternative strategies.

Formulate, communicate, implement, and evaluate strategic and tactical sales plans.

Maintain active relationships with Schneider Electric customers and negotiate discrepancies between customer expectations and SE’s.

Assist staff in dealing with specific target audiences such as end‑users and contractors.

Negotiate and construct appropriate terms of sales.

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.

Strong relationship‑building skills with both internal teams and external clients.

Experience working cross‑functionally with sales, engineering, and product teams.

Proactive, self‑driven, and results‑oriented.

Adaptable to fast‑paced environments and evolving customer needs.

Committed to continuous learning and staying current with industry innovations.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

Education: University MSc/BSc Electrical Engineering.

Four to five years of experience in software sales, service, or consultation.

Language requirements: Fluent in English; French language will be valuable.
