This position is accountable for managing medium/complex scale Customer project orders, from start to finish, so that it is completed on time and within budget. This includes initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing of customer projects/programs. Under section head supervision this position confirms customer requirements, which includes drawings, specifications, job site support, bill of material alignment with specifications & clarify exceptions. Manages complete job process from order preparation, thru manufacturing release, product shipment, post shipment support. Your Role – Magic happens when you bring great people together!

Technical Knowledge:

Solid understanding of mechanical (HVAC and FF) engineering processes, methodologies, technologies. Familiar with digital tools, BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks. Create detailed 3D models, run clash detection, maintain BIM library. Project Management:

Familiar with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation to lead customer projects from initiation to completion. Collaboration and Team Management:

Ability to collaborate, inspire, motivate team members and foster a collaborative environment. Effective communication, conflict resolution, decision making. Stakeholder Management:

Interaction with clients, product owners, executives, internal teams. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, negotiation and conflict resolution. Problem‑Solving and Decision‑Making:

Skilled in problem‑solving, critical thinking, decision‑making under pressure, adaptability. Time Management:

Prioritizing tasks, tracking project progress, managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Attention to detail. Risk Management:

Risk assessment, contingency planning, proactive issue handling. Communication and Documentation:

Verbal and written communication, documentation of project plans, reports, specifications. Business Acumen:

Understanding of business context, industry trends, aligning project with business objectives. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communication, electronics or computer science. • 4 to 6 relevant years of experience. • Excellent command of English. • Professional user of Microsoft Office. • Team player, learning & researching, adapting to change. • CSM, ACP & PMP are a plus. • Experience handling complex project.
