What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Assist with onboarding new clients and ensuring accurate setup within the system
Coordinate RFP/procurement processes and create project plans for assigned accounts
Manage the audit process and assist with documentation and findings preparation
Create and distribute client audit initiation communications
Support day-to-day client relationships to ensure retention and revenue maintenance
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Healthcare-related field and/or 2+ years of relevant Pharmacy Benefit consulting or PBM Account Management experience
Ability to travel as required (up to 10% of time)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent analytical and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a minimally supervised environment with high responsibility
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Knowledge of both Pharmacy and Medical data
Strong experience in MS Office and/or MS Excel
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau
