Responsibilities

Providing speech therapy services to residents, including evaluations, planning individual treatment programs & goals, actual treatments, discharge planning, and related duties as required.

Applying clinically driven, patient‑centered treatment decisions to guide all programs and care plans.

Following residents across the full continuum of care: inpatient, home health, outpatient, and fitness services.

Building positive relationships with residents and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology.

Active Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA.

Valid Speech Language Pathology license or eligibility in the state(s) where services will be rendered.

Experience in a skilled nursing and/or outpatient rehab environment (preferred).

Pay Range $42.50 - $65.00 per hour (starting rate varies by skills and experience).
