Physical Therapist

Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for providing physical therapy services to residents, including evaluations, planning individual treatment programs and goals, administering treatments, discharge planning, and performing related duties as required. Additionally, you will contribute to a holistic care environment with the following attributes:
In-house program within a welcoming, slower-paced community environment that delivers holistic care with a strong focus on prevention
Salary with 75% productivity benchmarks
No mandated group treatment
Specialized on-site training delivered during paid work hours, with all sessions eligible for CEUs
State-of-the-art rehab gyms and equipment
Opportunity to build relationships by following residents across the full continuum of care, including inpatient, home health, outpatient, and fitness services
Clinically driven, patient-centered treatment decisions guide all programs and care plans
Positive leadership philosophy that gives our therapists opportunities to provide input into programming, systems, and creative idea sharing
Due to our company being a non-profit organization, student loan forgiveness is available after 10 years
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
Valid Physical Therapist license or eligibility for license in the state(s) where services are rendered
Experience in a skilled nursing and/or outpatient rehab environment (preferred)

Pay Range Pay Range: $42.50 - $65.00 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
