Responsibilities
Analyses, audits, reconciles and resolves complex payroll processing and employee payroll issues to ensure smooth payroll processing.
Ensures payroll reporting and payments are compliant with company policy, generally accepted accounting principles, and applicable regulations.
Researches and interprets regulatory requirements and resolves tax, withholding, garnishment, and compensation and benefits issues for payroll processing.
Responds to auditing and regulatory inquiries.
Creates standard operating procedures, responds to merger and acquisition activities, and monitors monthly journal entry and accurate schedules.
May respond to and resolve client inquires.
May work with system programmers to achieve solutions or administer company payroll system with outside service provider.
Prepare and validate load files to support conversion and testing.
Understanding integrations to and from multiple vendors and sources.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in related area
Minimum 2 years of experience with ADP Global View in operational/pay administration role (not project consulting) with multi-state processing.
3-5 years operational experience with ADP Global View Specifically.
Experience as a Payroll/Benefits Specialist
Time and Attendance experience including Alight Leave Management System
Strong organizational and analytical capability.
Proficiency in Excel and ability to audit input and output for variance.
Able to speak and write Spanish and English
Able to work independently, familiarity with common analytical techniques and interpretation of data.
UKG Timekeeping administration for payroll processing experience
