Regency Pacific Management . This professional position assigns clinical responsibility in an assigned facility under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. The role includes direct patient care, administrative duties, and adherence to state-specific laws governing home‑care physical therapy.

Responsibilities

Follow the plan of care; instruct and aid patients in active and passive exercise, muscle re‑education, gait training, functional, ADL, transfer, safety, and prosthetic training.

Observe, record, and report the patient’s response to treatment and changes in condition to the supervising PT, nurse, and/or physician.

Instruct the patient, family, caregiver, and other health‑care team members in the areas of therapy where they can assist the patient.

Visit patients according to the Plan of Treatment; complete a daily note for each visit.

Participate in developing the Plan of Treatment as needed, communicating with the supervising Physical Therapist.

Adhere to Therapy Standards of Practice for all patients.

Report to the Physical Therapist information related to the patient’s progress, complications, and/or response to treatment.

Assist the Physical Therapist in performing procedures, tests, and complex treatment to ensure safe, effective evaluation and treatment of patients.

Qualifications

Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the State of Washington.

Ability to take direction from registered therapists and other team members to promote patient treatment and safety.

Capability to work independently with periodic support and direction (daily or less).
