Cash Applications Associate (Finance)

About the Role What You'll Do
Process payments (checks, wires, credit cards) for daily cash application
Prepare all checks/wires that need remittance details
Analyze payments for deductions and discrepancies
Prepare daily cash reconciliation spreadsheets
Apply necessary offsets with proper supporting documents daily
Balance and run all daily reports
Assist the Credit and Sales teams retrieving Proof of Delivery documents
What You'll Bring
High School diploma or equivalent
Office experience, preferably in finance or accounting areas
Strong reconciliation and problem‑solving skills
Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Highly organized, dependable, motivated, responsible and a team player
Strong time‑management skills
Ability to multitask and handle high‑volume work
