About the Role Turtle is seeking a talented professional to serve as a Credit Associate in Clark, NJ. This is a full‑time position, five days per week, Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm with an hour unpaid lunch. Four days in office, one day remote. In this role you will perform clerical and administrative duties related to day‑to‑day activities of the credit & collections department. Must be competent in Microsoft Office, have strong Excel skills, basic accounting knowledge, and excellent phone etiquette.

What You’ll Do

Pull PODs

Send invoices/statement copies to sales or customers

Portal billings

Process credit applications and prepare credit files for review/approval (pulling D&Bs and references)

Enter adjustment credits if requested

Process credit card payments

Perform other related duties as required or directed

What You’ll Bring

High School Diploma

Accounts Receivable experience required

Customer Service experience

Strong Microsoft Excel skills

Organized and excellent time‑management skills

Positive attitude and problem‑solving ability

Construction, Distribution, or building material knowledge is a plus
