Summary You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Front Office Agent is responsible to contribute to the smooth and efficient running within the Rooms Division.

Qualifications

Diploma or qualification in Hospitality or Tourism Management.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
