We are currently seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse (LVN/LPN) to join our outstanding healthcare team at Windsor Cypress Gardens Care Center.

Responsibilities
Admitting, transferring, and discharging residents.
Conducting daily rounds to observe residents’ physical and emotional status.
Medication administration.
Monitoring resident care provided by unlicensed staff.
Maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information.
Promoting a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.
Must Have
LVN/LPN with current licensure to practice in the state.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn.
Nice To Have
Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment.
Direct nursing experience caring for multiple residents.
Behavioral care/memory care experience.
Experience with PointClickCare (PCC).
