What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage a high-volume email inbox to support the lease administration team and ensure timely task execution
Coordinate with internal teams to manage and assign lease documents for abstraction
Assist with vendor setup and ensure timely and accurate landlord payments
Support team members with special projects and ad hoc requests
Utilize document management systems to manage building setups and lease terminations
What is Required (Qualifications)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Familiarity with lease administration or commercial real estate is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience in lease administration or a related field
Knowledge of CoStar Real Estate Manager
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret lease documents
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
