Position Summary
A Shift Supervisor is a key leader supporting the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty to CVS/pharmacy through a focus on excellent customer service. When there is no manager or Operations Supervisor onsite, the Shift Supervisor leads the store staff, ensures that store operations run smoothly, and is responsible for ensuring the completion of all opening and closing procedures. Responsibilities
Collaborate with store management and store crews. Supervise store crew assignments, direct activities, and follow up on all store operations. Effectively communicate information both to and from store management and crews. Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints, promoting a positive shopping experience. Maintain customer and patient confidentiality. Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute display and inventory of weekly, promotional and seasonal merchandise. Reset departments following POGs. Qualifications
Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills. Advanced communication skills and supervision skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, overtime as needed, and respond to urgent store issues. Preferred Qualifications
Experience as a retail supervisor. Education
High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required). Pay and Work Hours
Anticipated Weekly Hours: 29. Pay Range: $16.50 - $24.00 per hour. Time Type: Part-time. Benefits
