Job Description We are seeking a skilled Nightshift Maintenance Technician to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. The ideal candidate will have experience in plastic extrusion maintenance and work the night shift 6 pm‑6 am on a 2‑2‑3 12‑hour rotational schedule (working every other weekend, 3 days one week and 4 days the next).
Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance on plastic extrusion equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed.
Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
Document maintenance and repair work in a computerized maintenance management system.
Work with production personnel to ensure equipment is running efficiently.
Assist with equipment installations and upgrades.
Qualifications
Experience in plastic extrusion maintenance.
Ability to work the night shift.
Strong mechanical and electrical skills.
Experience with computerized maintenance management systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
