The Maintenance Technician supports operation, inspection, and maintenance processes for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and kitchen equipment and systems in assigned facilities. The technician assists Mobile Engineers (HVAC/R) and Control Systems Technicians in maintenance and repair efforts, and independently performs defined tasks. Day-to-day Responsibilities
Assist the operations team in the maintenance and repair of building and equipment. General interior maintenance – HVAC/R coil cleaning, evaporator coil cleaning, kitchen equipment maintenance (meat grinder, cuber, meat saw, slicers, etc.). Minor plumbing repairs. Maintain lighting system bulbs and ballasts. Complete special tasks that include painting, locksmith work, tenant service requests, and general maintenance as assigned. Be on call for after‑hours emergencies. Comply with safety procedures, maintain good housekeeping, identify hazards, and propose methods to eliminate them. Participate in ongoing technical, safety, and operational training programs. Document work performance and material procurement as directed. Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent. Valid state driver’s license. Completion of an applicable technical training program is desirable, with a minimum of one (1) year of applicable work experience in general building repair and maintenance, basic plumbing, and basic electrical. Ability to lift a minimum of 80 lbs., use ladders up to 30 ft., and possess mechanical and electrical aptitude. Must pass background, drug/alcohol, and MVR screening process. Preferred Qualifications
Ability to comply with both JLL and client‑directed policies & procedures. Self‑motivated, capable of working independently or in a team environment. Location
