Crisis Support Worker – Part‑Time

as a Crisis Support Worker.
This role involves assisting children in crisis, providing transportation, and supporting them at hospitals or our offices.
The position is part‑time with up to 30 hours per week.
Salary and Hours
Average hourly rate: $19.00 (wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.)
Shift: Friday, Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM–10:00 PM (Every Other Week)
Maximum of 30 hours per week
Responsibilities
Assist children after hours, including transporting them to foster homes.
Provide support in moderate crisis situations.
Stay with children in hospitals or any of our offices.
Use company car, cell phone, and computer as needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience serving children and families preferred.
Compassionate, eager to learn, and excellent communication skills.
Strong desire to help children grow and build healthy coping skills.
