Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Labor and Delivery Nurse to join our team at a critical access hospital. The facility has a daily census of 10 patients and performs approximately 300 deliveries per year. You will be part of a team with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4, which may adjust to 1:5 based on daily admissions and discharges. Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive labor, delivery, and postpartum care. Collaborate with OB nurses for postpartum patient care as needed. Manage patient assessments and IV starts. Administer vaccines and maintain patient safety protocols. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Labor and Delivery. Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, AWHONN Intermediate, NRPS. Valid state nursing license required at the time of submission. Why ARMStaffing?
