Starting Salary $1,800.00 per week or more with experience.

What you will do:
Oversee single or multiple road construction paving projects.
Survey and project layout.
Manage onsite personnel, equipment operations, and Subcontractor activities.
Be responsible for the overall direction and success of smaller projects for Construction.
The Company pays 80% of health care costs.
Medical, dental, vision, and prescription benefits are bundled together (one price).
Short- & long-term disability coverage (company sponsored)
401K with a 5% company match.
Profit sharing.
