Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders and inquiries
Take phone and in-person orders accurately and efficiently
Prepare and assemble food items, including making pizzas
Process cash and card transactions with precision
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional and empathetic manner
Adhere to company policies and food safety standards
Assist with additional tasks as needed to support the team and business operations
Qualifications
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written
Capability to follow directions and work in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate
Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
