Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Assist customers in troubleshooting issues related to products or services.
Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services to assist customers better.
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system.
Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in using customer service software and MS Office applications.
