Job Description
Domino’s Pizza in St Louis, United States is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the face of our brand, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and delicious pizzas.
Answer phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently
Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards
Process cash and credit card transactions
Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
Assist with various in-store tasks as needed
Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs.
Qualifications
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Team player mentality with a willingness to assist colleagues
Attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately
Basic computer skills for operating ordering systems
Food handling experience or willingness to learn proper techniques
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
Previous customer service experience is a plus
