What You’ll Do:
Recruit & Build a Reliable Team:
Hire, onboard, and retain compassionate Home Health Aides committed to excellence.
Train & Mentor Caregivers:
Provide guidance, coaching, and support to help caregivers succeed and grow.
Coordinate Care & Scheduling:
Match caregivers with clients to ensure continuity, quality care, and coverage.
Support Clients & Families:
Build trusting relationships, communicate clearly, and address concerns proactively.
Provide Hands‑On Support When Needed:
Step in during high‑demand periods or emergencies to ensure uninterrupted care.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of experience in senior care
(professional or personal), including hands‑on caregiving.
Proven ability to provide compassionate, hands‑on care, including assistance with all ADLs.
Experience with caregiver supervision, staffing, scheduling, or care coordination preferred.
Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
Comfort using scheduling and office software.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
A compassionate, team‑oriented leader who leads by example.

Schedule:
Full‑time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
On‑Call:
Rotating evening/weekend availability
