You will be technical lead of the System Product Anomaly Reports (SPAR) Board for the F-35 SEIT (Systems Engineering Integration and Testing) Technical Management Team.
What You Will Be Doing
Analyzing defects aka System Product Anomaly Reports (SPARs) and coordinating with other teams to resolve hardware, software and/or simulation issues
Ensuring defects are in the correct status and updated in the tool (i.e. Jira)
Driving defects to closure with emphasis on high priority defects
Publishing defect metrics and reporting status to external teams
Decomposing system level requirements into detail requirements to support test stations.
Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above in a Technical discipline. Degrees preferred: Mechanical, Electrical or Aerospace Engineering.
Experience with Jira and Confluence.
SPAR board experience preferred.
Experience with managing/leading technical assignments and teams.
Must have secret clearance.
Desired Skills Experience in Life Cycle Management, Systems Engineering Requirements, Design, and Verification.
Experience working with JIRA issue tracking and Agile Planning.
F-35 system knowledge.
Technical Leadership.
Agile/Scrum Development tools.
Cameo Experience.
Full understanding of Life Cycle Development process.
Security Clearance Statement This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years
Ability to Work Remotely Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
