General Function The Materials Handler II (Simulation) manages the printing optimization of the order of picking (TO transfer order). The Materials Handler II (Simulation) creates a group of TO optimising the pick path or the mass pick to increase the efficiency. The Materials Handler II (Simulation) works closely with operations and customer service to speed up the pick, giving priority to the order fulfillment.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

Manage the queue of the Transfer Order to be created day by day

Prepare group of Transfer Order to maximize the picking productivity

Cooperate with customer care to troubleshoot the day by day operation

Release work/orders to the floor based on priorities given from leadership.

Works closely with leadership team to expedite high priority orders and ensure accuracy.

Analyzes error log, resolves issues and reports out issues that cannot be resolved.

Troubleshoots and resolves issues to ensure on time shipping and delivery.

Helps coach and train new associates.

Basic Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

Ability to work independently

Attention to detail & accuracy

2+ years in logistics operation environment

MS Office experience

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor degree

SAP and TMS software experience

2+ years customer service & transportation experience
