Lineage
Join our team as a Turret Operator at Lineage! You'll be responsible for picking, pulling, and moving full pallets of product to keep our warehouse running smoothly. This 2nd shift position (Mon–Fri, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM) offers a steady schedule in a fast‑paced, hands‑on work environment.
Pay Range: $19.18 – $32.40
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Write the order number, name of the receiver, and quantity of case on every order, box, pallet, packages, and bins pulled.
Report bad tickets right away to the appropriate leader.
Pull all orders in a timely manner.
Help run freight and locate product once orders are pulled.
Report broken pallets to supervisor.
Complete daily forklift maintenance/check sheet.
Monitor battery charge, maintain, and clean batteries, and leave material handling equipment at the proper charging station.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities
Work with other machinery and material handling equipment.
Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)
Ability to understand instructions in the country’s official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics.
Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 °F (–25 °C) in cold storage sites or up to 100 °F (37 °C) in dry storage sites while wearing company‑provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs (weight may be more dependent upon facility).
Ability to work a flexible shift schedule, including weekends if needed.
Must be comfortable with various noise levels; at times, the environment can be loud.
