Experienced Apartment (HVAC) Maintenance Technician
Job Description:
Essential Staffing Solutions is looking for dependable, hard‑working, self‑motivated HVAC Certified Maintenance Technician professionals to repair and maintain apartment AC units and other property facilities such as electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair. The technician will also collaborate with other maintenance team members as needed.
Responsibilities
Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC units
Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical appliances, outlets, and light fixtures
Plumbing, carpentry, lock repair, or replacement
Complete make‑ready/punch‑outs on vacant units
Assist in renovation projects and maintain community curb appeal
Qualifications
Own tools; 1–2 years of HVAC/maintenance experience
EPA Type I & II or Universal Certified
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Strong work ethic; reliable and dependable
