Resource and Conference Coordinator

Objective
The Resource and Conference Coordinator plays a vital role in the mission of The Church of Eleven22® by working alongside the Kingdom Resources Manager to support resource centers across all campuses, assist with book launches and publisher communication, and provide support to the Conference Director in planning and executing churchwide conferences. This role helps ensure that resources and events are well managed, aligned with the vision and values of the church, and designed to equip people to discover and deepen a relationship with Jesus Christ.
Key Responsibilities
Resource Center Support
Assist in ordering, stocking and inventory management for campus resource centers.
Train campus staff and serve staff on resource center procedures and best practice.
Support campus staff with communication and coordination related to resources.
Book Launches and Publisher Relations
Assist with preparation, logistics and promotion of book launches and launch parties.
Support communication and coordination with publishing partners.
Conference Support and Coordination
Assist the Conference Director with event planning, logistics and vendor coordination.
Develop detailed event checklists and timelines for each conference.
Support setup, onsite operations and post-event follow-up for conferences.
Administrative and Communication Support
Maintain accurate records, schedules and reports for resources and events.
Provide clear and proactive communication between ministries, campuses and external partners.
Organize and maintain digital and physical files related to resources, events and communications.
Participate in cross‑ministry projects and initiatives as needed.
Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Prior ministry engagement or church staff experience a plus.
Previous experience in administrative, retail or event support roles highly valued.
Retail or conference experience is beneficial.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full‑time position. Days and hours of work may vary based on church needs.
The church has several big events, (“All‑Skates”) throughout the year to help further the mission of Eleven22. These events are mandatory for all staff to be in attendance and may vary, depending on the vision cast for the current year.
Our entire staff family is called to action, so that we can continue to be a movement for all people to discover and deepen a relationship with Jesus Christ.
Work Environment This position is based in a professional office environment and regularly uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers and filing cabinets. Some travel between church campuses and off‑site event locations is required to support resource centers and conferences. While most duties are sedentary, the role occasionally involves lifting supplies, moving equipment and standing for extended periods during events.
Physical Demands This role is primarily sedentary, but does require regular physical activity, including lifting and carrying supplies, books and boxes (up to 50 lbs), opening filing cabinets and occasional bending, standing or moving equipment as needed to support resource centers and events. Travel between campuses or event locations may also involve transporting materials.
Ministerial Exception The ministerial exception furthers the purposes of the Free Exercise and Establishment Clauses of the First Amendment by barring legal claims against church bodies by staff members who perform religious functions. All church pastors are subject to the exception, but a formal ministerial credential is not required. While there is no rigid formula to determine other church staff members that qualify, various factors are considered to determine which staff members are subject to the ministerial exception (please see handbook).
Staff members who qualify under the ministerial exception are not covered by federal and state employment and anti‑discrimination laws. Please see the Human Resources Ministry team if you have questions on whether you are subject to the ministerial exception.
