Compensation
Base pay: $16.00/hr – $29.00/hr
Actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage.
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives, and premiums ranging from $0.35/hr to $3.00/hr, depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
