We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in maintenance and reliability engineering. The ideal candidate will hold a CMRP (Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional) or CRP (Certified Reliability Professional) certification, have hands‑on experience with IBM Maximo for asset management, and possess prior military experience with an active security clearance.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain mechanical systems and components to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Utilize Maximo for work order management, preventive maintenance scheduling, and asset tracking.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve equipment reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support mission-critical operations in a secure environment.
Prepare technical documentation, reports, and compliance records in accordance with industry and government standards.
Ensure adherence to safety, security, and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
CMRP or CRP certification (mandatory).
Experience with IBM Maximo for asset and maintenance management.
Military background with proven ability to work in structured, high-security environments.
Active security clearance (Secret or higher).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) and predictive maintenance strategies.
Familiarity with DoD or government facility operations.
Advanced knowledge of mechanical systems in mission-critical environments.
