Machine Operator 1 – 2nd Shift

seeks a dedicated Machine Operator for the 2nd Shift (3:00 pm – 11:30 pm). KIK is North America’s leading independent consumer product manufacturer with 40+ brands.
Essential Job Functions
Operate high‑speed liquid filling machinery including fillers, labelers, cappers, palletizers, depalletizers, case erectors, and heat‑induction sealers.
Examine production orders to determine quantities, job specifications, and special instructions.
Maintain time and production records and enforce quality standards.
Perform basic equipment troubleshooting, minor adjustments, and changeovers.
Follow Safety & GMP guidelines and comply with PPE, SOPs, and plant policies.
Qualifications
1–2 years’ experience as a machine operator in packaging.
Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, and quality control.
Proficient verbal, reading, and writing skills in English.
Basic mathematics proficiency.
Ability to take direction and work unsupervised.
