We’re excited to expand our team with a Digital Marketing Manager who will play a key role in driving growth across our digital channels. This individual will own and execute performance‑driven digital strategies while managing and mentoring a small team, optimizing campaigns, and partnering cross‑functionally to elevate Cozy Earth’s online presence and customer experience.
Responsibilities
Own and execute Cozy Earth’s digital marketing strategy across paid search, paid social, display, and emerging digital channels.
Manage, mentor, and develop two digital marketing team members, providing clear direction, feedback, and growth opportunities.
Plan, launch, and optimize full‑funnel campaigns focused on acquisition, conversion, and retention.
Analyze performance data and KPIs to drive insights, optimize spend, and improve ROI.
Collaborate closely with Creative, Retention, Web, and Product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and execution.
Manage agency and platform partners as needed (Meta, Google, affiliates, etc.).
Stay current on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep Cozy Earth competitive.
Support testing and experimentation initiatives to continuously improve performance and scalability.
Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in digital or performance marketing, preferably in eCommerce or DTC.
Experience managing and mentoring direct reports.
Strong understanding of paid media platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.) and performance metrics.
Data‑driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, growth‑stage environment.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting is a plus.
