Functional Business Analyst – Remote
Intellect Tech Solutions LLC is seeking a senior‑level Functional Business Analyst to lead advanced business analysis work for the Railroad Commission of Texas (RRC) Mainframe Transformation Program.
Responsibilities
Gather, develop, and document complex business requirements for implementation of SaaS or COTS software applications.
Lead migration of legacy mainframe data to new systems and build data warehouses.
Create and validate user acceptance testing processes and provide research and special project support.
Work under limited direction with independent judgment, and may assign and supervise work of others.
Qualifications
12–14+ years of business analysis experience in technology implementations.
Strong experience implementing SaaS or COTS applications.
Proven experience in the Oil & Gas industry and compliance/enforcement projects.
Experience with mainframe migration, SQL, Salesforce, Remedy, Core Java/J2EE, and relational databases.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, and collaborative skills.
Location & Salary Remote – Anywhere is acceptable. 100% remote. Salary $55,000–$60,000 per year.
Employment Type Full‑time, Mid‑Senior level.
