Speech Language Pathologist - Pediatric Autism

Our mission-driven team is seeking a Speech Therapist to support children with autism in developing speech, language, and cognitive skills. You’ll work with patients under 6, creating individualized treatment plans, leading therapy sessions, tracking progress, and coaching families to support continued growth at home.

$75,000 per year Responsibilities:
Perform thorough assessments to evaluate patients’ communication and cognitive skills.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
Meet with families to provide training and guidance for continued progress at home.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive care.
Qualifications:
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with relevant credentials.
Skilled in speech therapy techniques, Gestalt Language Processing, and AAC device usage.
Understanding of speech and language anatomy.
Commitment to patient-centered care and professional growth.
