We’re hiring a motivated Administrative / Project Coordination Assistant to support a growing service-based company in the building envelope/construction industry. This temp-to-hire role supports administrative operations, project coordination, proposal prep, and light marketing and accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and coordinate RFPs, RFQs, and proposals
Assist with contract management, project setup, and documentation
Prepare marketing materials, resumes, and project experience
Support website updates and social media (based on experience)
Assist with invoicing, budgeting, and light payroll
General office support: scheduling, reports, proofreading, filing
Qualifications
2+ years administrative, office management, or project coordination experience
Service or construction industry experience strongly preferred
Experience with RFPs/RFQs and contracts
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed
Reliable work history with demonstrated longevity
Bonus: payroll or invoicing experience
