Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to support our team in Deland, Florida. This is a Contract position lasting approximately 5-7 weeks, providing assistance with increased workloads and property-related financial tasks. The role involves managing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate data entry, and processing invoices efficiently. Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable by reviewing, verifying, and processing invoices.
- Handle accounts receivable tasks, including tracking and reconciling payments.
- Perform accurate and timely data entry for financial transactions.
- Process invoices related to property expenses and rental income.
- Maintain organized records of financial documents for easy access and review.
- Assist in resolving discrepancies and ensuring all financial data aligns with company standards.
- Collaborate with the bookkeeping team to address workload challenges.
- Support financial reporting by providing accurate transaction data.
- Communicate effectively with vendors and tenants regarding payments and invoicing.
- Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
- Familiarity with invoice processing and property-related financial tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
