Description We are looking for a skilled Accounting Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Honolulu, Hawaii. - Manage accounts payable processes, including reviewing, verifying, and processing invoices.
- Handle accounts receivable tasks such as tracking payments and reconciling outstanding balances.
- Perform accurate and timely data entry to ensure financial records are up-to-date.
- Process invoices and resolve any discrepancies in a prompt and efficient manner.
- Maintain organized and accurate documentation for all financial transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to support various accounting operations.
- Utilize Dynamics Navision software for financial data management and reporting.
- Prepare periodic financial reports and assist with audits as needed.
- Identify and implement improvements to streamline accounting processes.
- Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Familiarity with invoice processing and resolving discrepancies.
- Experience using Dynamics Navision or similar accounting software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and external stakeholders.
