Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).

· 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory responsibilities.

· Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.

· Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP).

· Experience in manufacturing or aerospace industry preferred.

· Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

· High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

The Accounting Manager oversees daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and efficient team performance. This role supports strategic decision-making by maintaining strong internal controls and providing timely financial insights.

· Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, receivable, and payroll functions.

· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

· Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.

· Lead month-end and year-end close procedures.

· Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax laws, and internal policies.

· Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering a culture of accuracy and accountability.

· Collaborate with auditors, tax advisors, and senior management on financial matters.
