We are looking for an Accounting Manager/Supervisor to oversee and optimize accounting operations within our organization. This role requires strong leadership skills and expertise in financial processes to ensure accuracy and compliance. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic approach to financial management and possess experience with modern accounting systems.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the month-end closing process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Oversee the general ledger and maintain its accuracy for proper financial data representation.
• Coordinate and support financial statement audits by preparing necessary documentation and liaising with auditors.
• Perform account reconciliations to identify discrepancies and ensure proper alignment.
• Prepare and review journal entries to maintain accurate accounting records.
• Provide guidance on the chart of accounts to optimize financial operations and reporting.
• Utilize Oracle NetSuite technologies to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
• Mentor and support accounting team members to foster growth and enhance team performance.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations in all financial activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with organizational objectives.• Proven experience in accounting management or supervision, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of month-end close processes and general ledger maintenance.
• Familiarity with financial statement audits and preparation of audit materials.
• Proficiency in account reconciliation and journal entry preparation.
• CPA certification is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite technologies.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and collaboration.
