Title: Customer Service Representative- we have multiple openings-one day, one night
Location: Peoria, IL
Workplace type: 100% onsite (M-F, 40 hour work week)
Type: Contract
Pay: $17.50/hr w2-no flex
IV type: 1 round panel IV
Length: 12 months- possibility to extend contract
Screenings: no tech, full panel drug and background once hired

Must haves:
- possibly flex with nightshift work
- Years of experience: 1-2 years
- Degree requirement: HS diploma/GED min
- Computer skills: Browsing and interface control. Typing skills.
- Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Office 365 products, Microsoft Teams and basic language platforms.
- (Desired) Multilingual.
Disqualifiers/Red Flags/Overqualifications: Who cannot work on a night shift schedule; looking for remote work; can’t go for an onsite interview

Summary:
The main function of a call center/customer service specialist is to interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. A typical customer service specialist is responsible for determining the client’s issue, offer possible solutions or providing follow-up as needed. Customer service agents may be inbound, outbound or a combination of both.
Job Responsibilities:
• Resolve customers’ service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills.
• Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments.
• Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
