Job Description:

The Recruiting Coordinator supports the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring coordination. This role works closely with HR and leadership to ensure compliant, efficient, and strategic hiring practices while also contributing to onboarding, talent acquisition events, and special projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, background checks, and offer coordination
  • Assist with onboarding activities and support new hire orientation sessions
  • Post job openings and proactively source candidates through job boards, networking, and outreach
  • Partner with HR and leadership to develop and execute effective hiring strategies
  • Participate in career fairs and recruitment events as needed
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations
  • Compile and analyze recruitment data to create reports on hiring trends and progress

Qualifications:

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while collaborating with a team
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices
  • Adaptable, quick learner comfortable with new systems and processes
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with the ability to learn new HR systems

Preferred:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • One (1) year or more of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
