Job DescriptionJob Description The ideal candidate is a skilled, confident injector with a strong aesthetic eye, advanced injectable experience, and a passion for patient education and safety. You will work collaboratively with our clinical and administrative team to deliver outstanding results while building long-term patient relationships.

Conduct thorough consultations, facial assessments, and individualized treatment plans Educate patients on procedures, expected outcomes, and post-treatment care Maintain detailed and accurate medical documentation Uphold the highest standards of patient safety, sanitation, and compliance Build and retain a loyal patient base through exceptional care and results Stay current on aesthetic trends, products, and advanced techniques Collaborate with team members to support practice growth and patient satisfaction Qualifications: Active RN, NP, or PA license in the state of practice Minimum 2+ years of injectable experience in a medical aesthetics setting (required) Advanced knowledge of facial anatomy and injection techniques Strong consultation and interpersonal skills Professional, polished demeanor with a passion for aesthetics Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment Experience with EMR systems and charting Sales-savvy mindset with a patient-first approach Preferred Experience: Advanced injector certifications and hands-on training Experience with biostimulatory injectables and full-face rejuvenation Established client following Experience in a luxury med spa or cosmetic practice
