As we continue to grow, we are thrilled to add a highly skilled Aesthetic Injectable RN to join our team. Position is open to RNs, PAs, or NPs who have the experience we are looking for. Our Signature Services Include: PDO Thread Lifts for Non-Surgical Lifting & Tightening DiamondGlow™ Medical-Grade Facials Advanced Aesthetic Facial Rejuvenation Laser Treatments & Skin Resurfacing (Face-Focused) Cosmetic Injectables & Dermal Fillers PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) Facial Rejuvenation & Hair Restoration Collagen-Inducing Microneedling Non-Surgical Facial Sculpting & Contouring Physician-Dispensed Skincare Solutions Blood Draws for Lab Panels & Wellness Optimization …and so much more to help our clients put their best face forward. Key Responsibilities: Consult with clients to assess aesthetic goals and create personalized, comprehensive treatment plans. Administer cosmetic injectables, including neurotoxins and dermal fillers, with precision and expertise. Must be able to develop a full glow-up treatment plan using both neurotoxins and dermal fillers. Perform advanced facial aesthetic treatments, including chemical peels, microneedling, PRP treatments, and rejuvenation procedures. Conduct blood draws for PRP processing and wellness labs. Support and administer GLP-1 weight-management protocols when appropriate. Assist with laser treatments and other advanced aesthetic procedures to enhance and optimize results. Educate clients on medical-grade skincare, treatment preparation, and post-care instructions. Maintain exceptional client care, satisfaction, and retention through trust-based relationships. Stay current with industry trends, innovations, and safety standards. Ensure medical compliance, accurate documentation, and professionalism at all times. Provide social proof and education to our social media platforms to showcase work and experience Participate in training and collaborate with other providers to help the team grow as a whole. Maintain patient records and charting. Qualifications & Required Skills: Active RN license in Massachusetts Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in medical aesthetics, including injectables and advanced skincare 2+ years of experience performing PDO thread lift procedures Certification in neurotoxins and dermal fillers (strongly preferred) Proficient in blood draws (required) Laser experience is a plus, but not required Proven success in client retention through exceptional communication and outcomes. Strong client following.
