We are seeking an experienced Surgery Center Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy ambulatory surgery center. About the Role: As Surgery Center Manager, you will lead and support a multidisciplinary team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while upholding the highest standards of patient care and regulatory compliance. You’ll play a key role in managing staff, improving workflows, monitoring clinical and financial performance, and ensuring compliance with all ASC regulations. What You'll Do: Oversee and optimize daily operations of the ambulatory surgery center Lead, mentor, and supervise clinical and administrative staff Maintain compliance with AHCA, CMS, OSHA, HIPAA, and accreditation standards (AAAHC/JCAHO) Monitor patient flow, surgical schedules, turnover times, and case volumes Ensure adherence to infection prevention and safety protocols Manage budgeting, payroll review, supply inventory, equipment, and vendor relationships Oversee pre-op, intra-op, and post-op workflow processes Ensure insurance verifications, authorizations, and medical clearances are completed timely Promote a positive work environment with strong communication and teamwork Maintain survey readiness and ensure compliance documentation is up to date Perform general administrative duties as needed Continuously evaluate processes for efficiency and improvement Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) or equivalent experience Minimum 2 years of experience as a Surgery Center Manager or ASC leadership role is required Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred ACA, CASC, or similar certification is a plus xsgimln
