Regional Executive Director for Ambulatory Surgery Center ASC
Base pay range: $315,360.00/yr - $384,860.00/yr
An exciting opportunity is available with one of the largest healthcare organizations in Northern California. The Regional Executive Director for Ambulatory Surgery Center Operations will oversee the growth across multiple ASC locations.
Responsibilities
Plan, execute, monitor, and evaluate operations within the assigned geographic area, ensuring operational excellence aligned with the organization’s strategic focus on quality, service, and affordability.
Implement and monitor policies and procedures to ensure high-quality, efficient, and compassionate patient care.
Collaborate with executives to promote planning, innovation, and problem solving in alignment with enterprise strategy.
Accountability for patient satisfaction, quality of care, financial goals (budget, cost, investment and revenue), and management of all capital expenditures.
Oversee compliance, accreditation, surveys and meet both State and Federal regulations.
Work with the team to develop clinical guidelines and procedures while preparing for AAAHC surveys.
Develop and maintain clinical operations and financial strategies in a managed care environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 15 years of relevant managing and developing Ambulatory Surgery Centers successfully.
Knowledge of physician practice operations, financing, and managed‑care business.
Prior experience in a managed care market required.
