Manage BACB-recommended small caseloads. - Work/Life Balance:

Utilize trauma-informed approaches and alternatives to escape extinction. We work on finding the balance between science and art. - Child-Led Therapy:
Engage in play-based therapy focusing on child-led interventions . - Manageable Caseload:
Handle a small caseload of 5-10 clients. - Balanced Workload:
Average of 26 billable hours per week. - Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Occupational Therapists (OT). -
Work with Real People:
You are not another face in the crowd; you are part of a small team that works together to learn and grow together. What are our expectations: - Timely Documentation:
Write and submit insurance reports promptly and professionally. - Supportive Management:
Work under supportive Program Managers and Clinical Directors. - Diverse Assessments:
Familiarity with assessments such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS, PDDBI, Vineland, and PEAK. - Individualized Plans:
Develop data-driven Behavior Intervention Plans tailored to each client. - Parent Training:
Provide parent training based on family needs, whether in-clinic, in-home or in the community. - Direct Therapy:
