Design and architect performance testing strategies utilizing Neoload to assess the performance of our software applications and systems.

Strong scripting skills scenario creation and execution with Neoload

Collaborate with development QA and operations teams to define performance requirements benchmarks and test scenarios.

Develop comprehensive performance test plans including load stress and endurance testing to validate system performance under various conditions.

• Any ERP Performance Testing with Neo Load preferably with Oracle Fusion ERP.

Role Description

Performance Testing Neoload Strong Scripting Skills

Handling Performance Testing related deliveries for large engagement with retail business knowledge

Design and architect performance testing strategies utilizing Neoload to assess the performance of our software applications and systems.

Strong scripting skills scenario creation and execution with Neoload

Collaborate with development QA and operations teams to define performance requirements benchmarks and test scenarios.

Develop comprehensive performance test plans including load stress and endurance testing to validate system performance under various conditions.

Configure and execute performance tests using Neoload analyzing results to identify performance bottlenecks and areas for improvement.

Work closely with developers to implement performance optimizations and enhancements including code refactoring caching mechanisms and database tuning.

Utilize performance monitoring tools to measure and analyze system performance in real-time proactively identifying and addressing performance issues.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members on performance testing best practices tools and techniques.

Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in performance testing methodologies and tools integrating new techniques into our testing processes as appropriate.

Roles Responsibilities

Define and develop performance test plans and automated scripts using industry standard testing tools.

Execute performance test analyze and evaluate test results generate performance metric reports and provide recommendations.

Analyze test and operational problems to determine presence and scope of potential code defects.

Report errors through a structured defect tracking process.

Communicate weekly with management verbally and via written detail status report regarding potential problems and concerns.

Review and analyze business system requirements and specifications for performance testability.

Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of testing tools.

Expand business knowledge of product benefits corporate policies division and department goals and department procedures.

Work with functional Tester and Development counterparts to ensure adequate coverage for upcoming releases and keep up-to data with system changes that impact performance testing.

Assist and coordinate with customers the research analysis and proposed solutions to test discrepancies and test scenarios.

Verify satisfaction of internal and external customers request and obtain information to create test data.

Participate in project work group meetings (internalexternal peer reviews walk through status meetings PI Planning etc.)

Participate in system architecture change reviews and assessment of system capacity impacts.

Benchmarks system performance.
