Location: West Lafayette, OH area
Base Salary: $75K-$102K DOE

What You'll Do:
- Lead technical engagement with customers and internal teams
- Conduct failure analysis, competitive reviews, and specification assessments
- Develop technical documentation and training programs
- Represent the company on industry committees and at conventions
- Promote materials, technology, and designs for pole solutions
What You Bring:
- 5+ years in the power utility industry / Structural Engineering
- Strong background in quality testing and product validation
- Experience with loading and modeling software (PLS, Pole Foreman)
- Presentation skills to large groups
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical or Structural Engineering
- Ability to travel and work independently
- PE license preferred
