Monday–Friday, General Shift
Key Responsibilities Supervise RBTs working directly with clients. Develop and implement child‐specific ABA treatment plans. Train staff on individualized behavior plans. Review client data weekly to monitor progress and adjust programs as needed. Conduct assessments (VB‐MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS) at intake and every six months. Track authorization dates and update treatment plans before expiration. Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) when required. Provide parent/caregiver training and ongoing support. Participate in regular clinical meetings to review client progress.
Qualifications Certification:
Active BACB Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Education:
Master’s degree in special education, psychology, or related field. Expertise:
Extensive knowledge of behavior analysis, treatment philosophies, and professional practices. Experience:
Prior supervisory experience preferred. xsgimln Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
